Saint Vincent Group was founded in October of 2005 by Jean-Charles Hameau and Sebastien Mouchet. Originally from France, Jean-Charles identified a regional niche for top quality pet food, accessories and other related products. Since then, we have become one of the region’s leading wholesalers in this sector.
We take that pride in delivering excellent products and exceptional customer service to the veterinary clinics and pet retailers of the region. Wholesale is our core business which makes our business model unique in the Gulf countries.
From humble beginnings, the company now boasts 30,000 sq ft of warehouse facilities, with additional cold storage. These facilities have the capacity to hold around 3,000 pallets and are effectively managed and monitored by a new Warehouse Management System. We endeavor to be environmentally conscious and are striving towards reducing our carbon footprint. Already fully lit with LEDs, plans are in process to install solar panels on all our warehousing.
We have a broad customer base including: Petshops, Veterinary clinics, Kennels and Boarding centers, Garden centers, Breeders, Zoos, Private Wildlife collections, Institutions (Police, Army), Royal Palaces, Public Aquariums. Combined these total upwards of 300 key accounts.
These are spread throughout the Gulf Region – UAE, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain and Kuwait. We have a dedicated delivery fleet within the UAE and distribute to other countries through carefully selected transport companies.
ANIMAL CARE SPECIALISTS
As a company we pride ourselves on being animal care specialists. We are always seeking out new brands and products from across the globe to add to our portfolio, that will best benefit the pets of the Region. Animals’ needs are always our priority. With two veterinary doctors heading the scientific department, providing expert product support and advice to our customers. We invest heavily in continued professional development for both of our staff and of our customers; conducting training seminars and events for veterinary professionals and support staff with top international speakers.
We also have both sales and marketing teams, providing customer support in store, best selling technique advice and tailor-made merchandising solutions. As a company we are digitally mature – with a strong online presence and tools to serve our clients, including a high functioning online ordering facility and loyalty programs.
